No it doesn't. Downvoters are usually people with no life going around and voting a 0 or a 1 on anything they even remotely dislike, sometimes they even vote bad on very popular things just to be funny, though it's not. just ignore them, especially if you have a song that is actually really good, the people that like it should outnumber and outvote them.
